Mazeppa Productions is set to present Spring Awakening, July 11-28 at the Christ Church Neighborhood House Theatre. Rob Henry will direct, with musical direction by Jerry Kapral and choreography by Dawn Morningstar.

Created by Duncan Sheik and Steven Sater and based on Frank Wedekind's 1892 play, Spring Awakening tells the timeless story of self-discovery and budding sexuality as seen through the eyes of three naïve teenagers.

Jim Hogan (Melchior), Breanna Pursell (Wendla), and Nate Golden (Moritz) will lead the cast. They will be joined by Michael Gray, Ian Monaco, Billy Kametz, Jeremy Konopka, Zach Kononov, Jenna Kuerzi, Catherine Maeve Logan, Ian Monaco, Leeanna Rubin, Grace Tarves, and Brittany Taylor.

The design team will include Brian Seaman (set design), Julia Poiesz (costume design), Christopher Haig (prop design), and Alyssandra Docherty (lighting design).
