Walnut Street Theatre has announced casting for the Philadelphia premiere of God of Carnage by Yasmina Reza. Artistic Producing Director Bernard Havard will direct the production, to run March 13-April 29.

In God of Carnage, two children are in a fight at a neighborhood park and one is injured. Their parents meet to discuss the matter in a civilized manner. However, as the evening goes on, the parents become increasingly childish.

The cast will feature real-life and on stage husband and wife team Greg Wood (Alan) and Susan Riley Stevens (Annette) as well as Julie Czarnecki (Veronica) and Ben Lipitz (Michael).

The design team will include Robert Andrew Kovach (set design), Shon Causer (lighting design), Joseph Simon (sound design), and Colleen Grady (costume design).
