On Monday, March 5, the Signature Theatre Company production of Edward Albee’s The Lady From Dubuque opened at the company’s Signature Center under the direction of David Esbjornson.
Opening night guests included Maureen Anderman, Marsha Stephanie Blake, Colman Domingo, Will Eno, John Guare, Earle Hyman, Seth Numrich, Tonya Pinkins, Saycon Sengbloh, Celia Weston, and Harris Yulin.
Albee’s play centers around Sam and Jo entertaining their friends at a late night party with a round of Twenty Questions and another round of drinks.
The cast features Tony Award-winner Jane Alexander in the title role as well as Catherine Curtin, Michael Hayden, Peter Francis James, Tricia Paoluccio, Laila Robins, Thomas Jay Ryan, and C.J. Wilson.
