Musicals Tonight! Announces 2012 Spring Schedule

Musicals Tonight! has announced the performances planned for its 2012 spring season, running March 20-May 13 at the Lion Theatre.

Li’l Abner (March 20-April 1) will begin the season with the beloved citizens of citizens of Dogpatch, USA, including Mammy and Pappa Yokum and Li’l Abner himself. Then, Sitting Pretty (April 17-29) will tell the story of a millionaire who plans to adopt one of two twin orphans and marry her to his thieving protégé. Musicals Tonight! will close the spring schedule with Something for the Boys (May 1-13), in which three cousins inherit a ranch next to a military base and convert it into a boarding house.

Musicals Tonight! is a not-for-profit theatre company in New York City, primarily dedicated to the revival of neglected musicals in a manner affordable to most audience members.
