Marva Hicks to Offer December 17 What I Want for Christmas Concert, Tamara Tunie Directs
Marva Hicks will offer a one-night-only performance of What I Want for Christmas at the Triad Theatre on December 17 at 7pm. Tamara Tunie will direct the piece, which will have musical direction and accompaniment by Brian Whitted.
Hicks’ Broadway credits include Caroline, or Change, The Lion King, and Lena Horne: The Lady and Her Music. She might be best known for her portrayal of Jacarra on NBC’s One Life to Live.
