Comedy Central Roast of David Hasselhoff to Receive In-Store DVD Release January 11

The Comedy Central Roast of David Hasselhoff, featuring over 25 minutes of uncensored material not aired on television, will receive a nationwide in-store release on DVD on January 11.

Taped on August 1 and originally aired on August 15, the program features Seth McFarlane as the roastmaster, with roasters including Pamela Anderson, Whitney Cummings, Greg Giraldo, Gilbert Gottfried, George Hamilton, Hulk Hogan, Lisa Lampanelli, Jeffrey Ross, and Jerry Springer.

The bonus materials will also include a behind-the-scenes feature, celebrity red carpet interviews, the Hoff’s post-Roast reaction and Roaster wrap-ups.

Hasselhoff is currently appearing as Captain Hook in the New Wimbledon Theatre’s panto production of Peter Pan. He starred in the title roles of the Broadway musical Jekyll & HydeThe Producers and Billy Flynn in the London production of Chicago. His television credits include The Young and the Restless, Knight Rider, Baywatch, Baywatch Nights, America’s Got Talent, and he was recently featured as a contestant on Dancing with the Stars. He is also a popular recording artist.
