Alice Ripley’s Daily Practice CD Set for February 15 Release

Tony Award winner Alice Ripley‘s new CD Daily Practice, Volume 1 will be released by Sh-K-Boom Records on February 15. Kurt Deutsch has produced the album.

The ten-track recording is a set of covers of classic rock songs, including Bruce Springsteen’s “Thunder Road,” U2’s “I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For,” Alanis Morrisette’s “You Oughta Know,” and Carly Simon’s “Anticipation.”


Ripley won the Tony Award for her performance in Next to Normal, and is currently starring in the show’s national tour. Among her other Broadway credits are Sunset Boulevard, Side Show, Les Miserables and The Rocky Horror Show. As a recording artist, she has released a solo disc, Everything’s Fine, discs featuring her band RIPLEY and two with her Side Show co-star Emily Skinner.
