Second Glee CD To Be Released on December 8

Glee: The Music, Volume 2, which will be released on December 8, will include cover versions of “And I’m Telling You I’m Not Going” (from Dreamgirls) and “Don’t Rain on My Parade” (from Funny Girl), according to Amazon.com.

Other songs on the 17-track disc will be “True Colors,” “You Can’t Always Get What You Want,” “Lean on Me,” and two covers of “Smile.”

The first volume of the recordings from the hit FOX series was released on November 3. It features Kristin Chenoweth delivering Heart’s “Alone” with series star Matthew Morrison and John Kander and Fred Ebb’s “Maybe This Time” with co-star Lea Michele. Other selections on the disc include Stephen Schwartz’s “Defying Gravity” (sung by Michele and Chris Colfer), Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believin,” Queen’s “Somebody to Love,” Neil Diamond’s “Sweet Caroline,” and Kanye West’s “Gold Digger.”

Both discs and the show also feature Cory Monteith, Dianna Agron, Jayma Mays, Kevin McHale, Mark Salling, Amber Riley, and Jenna Ushkowitz.
