Gwyneth Paltrow, Darren Criss to Join FOX’s Glee

Oscar winner and stage veteran Gwyenth Paltrow will guest star on FOX’s hit series Glee this season as a a teacher, according to US magazine.

As previously reported, Darren Criss will join the series in the role of Blaine, a gay student who attends another school and strikes up a friendship (and maybe more) with Kurt, according to EW.com.

Criss is a member of the University of Michigan theater company Team StarKid, which created the Internet sensation A Very Potter Musical. He previously co-starred on ABC’s Eastwick.

The series also stars Matthew Morrison, Lea Michele, Cory Monteith, Chris Colfer, Jenna Ushkowitz, Jayma Mays, Amber Riley, Mark Salling, Heather Morris, Naya Rivera, and Dianna Agron, along with recurring cast members Dot-Marie Jones, Chord Overstreet, Charice, John Stamos, and Cheyenne Jackson.
