Good Ol’ Girls Cast Recording Will Be Released on August 31

The original cast recording of Marshall Chapman and Matraca Berg’s Good Ol’ Girls will be released for purchase and digital download by Ghostlight Records on August 31. Keith Levenson has produced the album.

The musical was seen earlier this year at the Roundabout Underground space. The show, which is adapted from the works of Lee Smith and Jill McCorkle, featured Lauren Kennedy, Sally Mayes, Teri Ralston, Gina Stewart, and Liza Vann.

Among the songs on the 12-track disc are “Down to My Last Guardian Angel,” “Lying to the Moon,” “All I Want Is Everything,” and “Betty’s Bein’ Bad.”
