59E59 Theaters has announced the offerings for its fall season.
Up first will be The Ist Irish Festival, which willl include The Pride of Parnell Street, a two-character drama by the Irish writer Sebastian Barry starring Aidan Kelly and Mary Murray (September 1-October 4), Spinning the Times, an evening of five one-act plays about New York written by Irish playwrights (September 2-20), and Luck, a solo show co-conceived and performed by Megan Riordan and based on her life as the child of a professional gambler (September 23-October 11).
The theater will next present Bobby Lee Franklin's Good Bobby (October 8-November 8), about the formative years of Robert F. Kennedy, and Desi Moreno-Penson's thriller Ghost Light (October 14-31), to be followed by the 6th annual Brits Off-Broadway Festival.
