Bradley Cooper Signs On for New Baseball-Themed Film

Stage and screen star Bradley Cooper has signed on to star in a still-untitled film about a baseball player who gets injured and has to go back to the minor league, where the only place he can find lodging is in a senior citizens’ home, according to The Hollywood Reporter. No other details have been announced.

Cooper appeared on Broadway in the revival of Richard Greenberg’s Three Days of Rain opposite Julia Roberts and in the Williamstown Theatre Festival of The Understudy with Kristen Johnston and Reg Rogers.

Cooper’s many film credits include Wedding Crashers, The Hangover, Valentine’s Day, and The A-Team. He also starred in the TV series Alias opposite Jennifer Garner and Victor Garber.
