London Revival of A Little Night Music to Close on September 5

Trevor Nunn 's revival of Stephen Sondheim's 1973 musical A Little Night Music will now play its final performance at West End's Garrick Theater on September 5, prior to a possible Broadway transfer.

The production is designed by Tony Award nominee David Farley, and features lighting by Hartley T A Kemp, musical supervision by Caroline Humphris, orchestrations by Jason Carr, and sound design by Gareth Owen.

The cast includes Hannah Waddingham (Desiree Armfeldt), Alexander Hanson (Frederik), Jessie Buckley (Anne), Maureen Lipman (Mme. Armfeldt), Kelly Price (Charlotte), Alistair Robins (Carl-Magnus), Gabriel Vick (Henrik), Kaisa Hammarlund (Petra), Grace Link (Frederika), and Andy Morton (Frid).

The former artistic director of the Royal Shakespeare Company, Nunn has won Tony Awards for his direction of The Life and Adventures of Nicholas Nickleby, Cats, and Les Miserables. He also received Tony nominations for directing All's Well That Ends Well, Starlight Express, Aspects of Love, Sunset Boulevard, Not About Nightingales, and Oklahoma! His recent credits include Tom Stoppard's Rock 'n' Roll and the world premiere of the musical Gone With the Wind.
