Broadway veterans Harvey Evans and Lee Roy Reams will play tribute to four-time Tony Award winner Gwen Verdon at an event to be presented by Dancers Over 40 at St. Luke’s Theater, on Monday, May 23 at 8pm.
The program is titled “I’m Not Lola: A Tribute to Gwen Verdon,” and will feature a video history and discussion of one of the most beloved Broadway dancers. Paul Phillips, Verdon’s stage manager, will provide some personal video clips.
