Tony and Emmy-winning actress Glenn Close will participate in a candid Q & A session as part of Keynotes & Cocktails: Women of New York, to be held at the Roosevelt Hotel in New York City from 3pm to 6pm.
The event is produced by the national television industry trade publication, Broadcasting & Cable. Additional participants will include Rachael Ray, Maria Bartiromo, Erin Andrews and Gayle King.
Close won Tony Awards for her roles in The Real Thing, Death and the Maiden, and Sunset Boulevard, and received a Tony nomination for Barnum. She most recently appeared on the New York stage in the 25th anniversary benefit reading of Larry Kramer’s The Normal Heart last year. She is five-time Oscar nominee, and has won two Emmy Awards for her current FX series Damages and another Emmy for the television movie Serving in Silence: The Margerethe Cammermeyer Story.
