Liza Minnelli, Paula Abdul, Nia Vardalos, Rosie O'Donnell, Tim Gunn, Sharon Lawrence, Elliott Gould, Delta Burke, Marla Sokoloff, Gregory Harrison, Kathy Najimy, Mark Moses, Chuck Woolery and Deidrich Bader are among those will guest star during the first season of Lifetime's new hour-long series Drop Dead Diva, starring Brooke Elliott and Margaret Cho, which will begin airing on July 12, according to People.

Elliott, whose stage credits include the Broadway musical Taboo, will play a shallow model-in-training who dies in a sudden accident only to find her soul resurfacing in the body of a brilliant, thoughtful and plus-size attorney.

Cho's many stage shows include The Sensuous Woman, I'm the One That I Want, The Notorious C.H.O., Revolution, State of Emergency, and Assassin. She is well known for starring in the ABC sitcom All-American Girl.

I am SO looking forward to Drop Dead Diva. Hooked since All-American Girl, I recently got the chance to enjoy Bam Bam and Celeste. Such a lovely delight.
