Bobby Cannavale to Join HBO’s Boardwalk Empire

Two-time Tony Award nominee and Emmy Award winner Bobby Cannavale will join the cast of HBO’s award-winning series Boardwalk Empire as gangster Gyp Rosetti. according to Deadline.com.
The series, which is set in Atlantic City in 1920s, is executive produced by Martin Scorsese, and features an ensemble cast led by Steve Buscemi and Gretchen Mol.
Cannavale received Tony Award nominations for his performances in The Motherf**ker With a Hat and Mauritius. Among his other stage credits are Trust, Hurlyburly, F**king A, and A Flea in Her Ear.
He received his Emmy for his work on Will & Grace, and will be seen in the upcoming season of Showtime’s Nurse Jackie.
