Kritzerland to Release Gone With the Wind Original London Cast Recording on CD in March

The original London cast recording of Harold Rome’s musical version of Gone With the Wind will be issued in a limited edition CD release by Kritzerland in March. The release will mark the first time the album has been available on disc.

With music and lyrics by Harold Rome and book by Horton Foote, the show is adapted from Margaret Mitchell’s classic novel and features June Ritchie (Scarlett O’Hara) and Harve Presnell (Rhett Butler).

The CD release has been created using the original master tapes which are housed at EMI in the U.K.
