Stockard Channing, Kenny Leon, and More Join American Theatre Wing Advisory Committee

The organization adds Broadway talent to its ranks.

The American Theatre Wing has announced new appointments to its Board of Trustees and Advisory Committee.

Joining the Board of Trustees — the governing body responsible for oversight of all of the Wing’s activities and its overall well-being — are Dale Cendali (Kirkland & Ellis LLP), Tony-winning lighting designer Natasha Katz (An American in Paris), and Tony-nominated costume designer Emilio Sosa (Lady Day at Emerson's Bar & Grill).

Joining the Advisory Committee are Jess Cagle (editorial director of People and Entertainment Weekly), Tony-winning actress Stockard Channing (It's Only a Play), Jennifer Daly (chief operating officer at Hunter Peak Investments), Lisa Fung (founding editor of Culture Monster), Jim Glaub (creative director of interactive at Serino/Coyne), Tony-winning director Kenny Leon (A Raisin in the Sun), casting director Bernie Telsey, and Randi Zuckerberg (former director of market development and spokeswoman for Facebook). The Advisory Committee provides support and guidance to the Board and staff of the Wing as they implement the organization’s goals and objectives.

"Each of our new board members brings expertise and passion in equal measure, and I know their contributions to our organization will yield incredible dividends for the entire theatrical community."
