50 Shades! The Musical Adds Performances to Its Raunchy Run

50 Shades! The Musical – The Original Parody has extended its run at the Elektra Theatre through April 5, 2015.
Inspired by E.L. James' salacious best seller Fifty Shades of Grey, the satirical stage musical features a book and score by Amanda Blake Davis, Jody Shelton, Ashley Ward, Al Samuels, and Dan Wessels. The story follows a trio of girlfriends who devour the novel at a book club meeting. The character's affair subsequently comes to life before their eyes.
Directed by Al Samuels and Rob Lindley, the cast features Daniel Bentley (Hairspray), Jack Boice (The Phantom of the Opera International Tour), Melanie Brook (Tony n' Tina's Wedding), Alexis Field (Angelina Ballerina The Musical), Tim Murray (MTV's White House Down), Amber Petty (voice of Sirius/XM's Radio Margaritaville), Casey Rogers (Catch Me If You Can), Alec Varcas (Spamalot), Chloe Williamson (Save the Date), and Zach Kononov (Spring Awakening).
