Meital Dohan, Sammi Rotibi, Tony Ray Rossi Set for Alan Bowne’s Beirut Off-Broadway

Meital Dohan, Sammi Rotibi and Tony Ray Rossi will star in Alan Bowne’s Beirut, to run January 5-22 at The Lion Theatre at Theatre Row. The Zoppa Brothers will direct the production.

The play centers on a Brooklyn man quarantined in the Lower East Side after being tested positive for a deadly, nameless virus, and his girlfriend, who uninfected, makes the dangerous journey to save him.

Dohan is perhaps best known for her portrayal of Yael on Showtime’s Weeds. On stage she has been seen in Anthony Neilson’s Stitching, which she performed both in New York and Los Angeles. In addition, she will be seen in the forthcoming Monogamy.

Rotibi appeared in such films as Lord of War and Tears of the Sun and will be seen in the upcoming The Lion Inside.

Rossi’s credits include The Sopranos, Find Me Guilty, Donnie Brasco, and Kiss Me, Guido.
