Baby Wants Candy to Play NYC’s SoHo Playouse

Baby Wants Comedy, the improvised musical comedy, will play the SoHo Playhouse, January 8-February 26.

Each performance begins with the cast asking the audience for a suggestion of a musical that has never been performed before. Accompanied by a full band, the first title that the group hears becomes the title and theme for that evening’s 60-minute show.

The cast for the SoHo Playhouse engagement includes Becky Drysdale, Peter Gwinn, Jeff Hiller, Thomas Middleditch, and Stuart Ranson. The live band will include Jody Shelton, Steve Jabas, Johnny Pisano, and Al Veteri.
