Jessie Mueller and the Cast of Beautiful Hit Broadway Tomorrow Night

Straight off a world premiere run in San Francisco, Beautiful – The Carole King Musical, starring Tony nominee Jessie Mueller (The Mystery of Edwin Drood) as the legendary singer/songwriter begins Broadway performances tomorrow night at the Stephen Sondheim Theatre.

The musical features a book by Academy Award-nominated filmmaker Douglas McGrath (Bullets Over Broadway), direction by Marc Bruni (The Explorers Club), and songs written by Gerry Goffin and Carole King, as well as numbers by Barry Mann and Cynthia Weil.
