Brett Ryback and Jeff Blumenkrantz Will Share Murder for Two Off-Broadway for 10 More Weeks

The acclaimed musical has extended its run at New World Stages through March.

Murder for Two, Joe Kinosian and Kellen Blair's musical murder mystery in which all of the characters are played by Brett Ryback and Jeff Blumenkrantz, has extended its limited run at New World Stages by 10 weeks and will now run through March 16, 2014. The production, a transfer from Second Stage Theatre Uptown, was originally scheduled to close on January 5.

Directed by Scott Schwartz, the 90-minute production stars Ryback as the investigator of a crime and Blumenkrantz as all of the suspects. The show originally opened at the McGinn/Cazale Theatre on July 10 and ran through July 25. The off-Broadway remount officially opens on November 6.

With a book and music by Kinosian and book and lyrics by Blair, Murder for Two features scenic design by Beowulf Boritt, costume design by Andrea Lauer, lighting design by Jason Lyons, sound design by Jill B.C. DuBoff, and choreography by Wendy Seyb.
