Patrick Page, currently starring on Broadway as the Green Goblin in Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark, stopped by the Volunteers of America in New York City on Thursday, November 17. Numerous volunteers were participating in a "Sidewalk Santa School" in preparation for marching in the annual Sidewalk Santa Parade, to be held on Friday, November 25, the morning after Thanksgiving.

The parade will kick off the organization's 109th Annual Sidewalk Santa Campaign. Money collected will go to its Holiday Food Voucher program. VOA's Sidewalk Santas are stationed beside their signature chimneys across Manhattan on Fridays in December, ringing their bells and raising money to help feed those in need.
