Full Cast, Creative Team Announced for A Wonderful Life

Full cast and creative team information has been announced for The IceHouse Theatre’s holiday musical A Wonderful Life, which adapts the Frank Capra film classic with music by Joe Raposo, with book and lyrics by Sheldon Harnick . The production will run November 14-December 7. Darlin Barry will direct.

Despite George Bailey dreams of ‘building skyscrapers and bridges — and of seeing the world,’ he is following in his father’s footsteps managing the struggling Bailey Building and Loan. The musical is a timeless story of dreams, disillusionment and how the power of love can overcome life’s challenges.

The 35 member cast features Kevin Rainsberger as George Bailey, Michael Funaro as the Angel Clarence, Al Robertson as the Angel Matthew, Joe Bileti as Mr. Martini, Tom Sexton and Sylvia Whitney as the elder Baileys, Tom and Milly, and Heather Good as Mary Bailey.

The creative team will include John deHaas (music director), Gail Bartell (costumes). Theresa Donato (lighting), Bud Clark (set design), and Jim Caisse (choreography).
