The play, a dark comedy, concerns two estranged siblings who reunite at their mother's funeral. Silver's other work includes The Food Chain, Pterodactyls, and Beautiful Child.

The Vineyard is currently presenting Julia Cho's The Piano Teacher, starring Elizabeth Franz and directed by Kate Whoriskey. On November 11 and 12, original stars Terri Klausner and Ann Morrison will reunite for a reading of Goblin Market, the musical by Polly Pen and Peggy Harmon that played there in 1985.
