Boomerang Theatre Company has announced its tenth anniversary In Rep season, with three productions performing in repertory at CenterStage/NY, November 13-December 21.

Cailin Heffernan will direct Tennessee Williams’ Summer and Smoke (November 13-December 14), in which Alma tries to save the soul of her childhood crush, but may need saving herself. Philip Emeott will direct the world premiere of Colin McKenna’s Parking Lot Loney Heart (November 15-December 20), about hard-drinking Mickey, who becomes a millionaire after getting hit by a city bus, and seeks salvation from an escort he finds in the yellow pages. Christopher Thomasson will direct Native Speech (November 20-December 21), by Eric Overmyer. Set in a futuristic city, one man tells it like he sees it, but when his visions begin to manifest themselves in sinister ways, is he being played by darker forces?

In addition, Boomerang will hold a 20th Anniversary Gala on Monday December 1 at 7pm. The event will include scenes from past and current Boomerang productions, a raffle, and alumni from all 10 Boomerang seasons.
