Stage Left Studio will present a return engagement of the new play with music, Home in Her Heart, by Margaret Morrison. Cheryl King directs the production, which will run October 16-December 17.

Set against a backdrop of 1939 Nazi-threatened London , the play is the emotionally charged story of a loving relationship about to be torn asunder, not by the pending German bombs, but by the bias, racism and homophobia waiting for the couple on the other side of the Atlantic.

Ericka L. Hart and playwright Morrison will reprise the roles they played in an earlier run of the piece this past summer.

Scenic, prop, and costume design are by King & Morrison, with sound design by King & Joe Hutcheson.
