Betty Buckley, Will Chase, Tony Danza, Gina Gershon, Cyndi Lauper, Liza Minnelli, Laura Osnes Set for Upcoming Barnes and Noble Signings

Betty Buckley, Michael Feinstein, Gina Gershon, and cast members from Carrie: The Musical and the 2012 Encores! season are set for upcoming book and CD signings at Barnes and Noble in September and October.

September will see Kinky Boots composer Cyndi Lauper signing copies of her new book Cyndi Lauper: A Memoir (September 18 in Tribeca), as well as Tony Danza signing copies of I’d Like to Apologize to Every Teacher I Ever Had on September 19 at the West 82nd Street store.

Carrie: The Musical stars Marin Mazzie and Molly Ranson, composers Michael Gore and Dean Pitchford, book writer Lawrence D. Cohen, and members of the ensemble will sign copies of the musical’s newly released cast recording and perform selections on September 25 at the 86th Street location.

On Monday, October 1, the 86th Street location will celebrate 20 years of the popular New York City Center Encores! series, with performances by Laura Osnes, Will Chase, Betsy Wolfe, and Stephen R. Buntrock from 2012 Encores! productions Merrily We Roll Along, Pipe Dream, and Gentlemen Prefer Blondes. They will then sign copies of the cast recordings on which they appear. The event will feature musical director Rob Berman and Encores! artistic director Jack Viertel.

Also at the 86th Street location, Buckley will perform a concert and sign copies of her new album Ah, Men! on Monday, October 8 at 7pm. She will be accompanied by Christian Jacob, and Seth Rudetsky will interview her following her performance. Feinstein, joined by Liza Minnelli, will give a talk, performance, and sign copies of The Gershwins and Me on Wednesday, October 17.

At Union Square, stage and screen veteran Gershon will sign copies of her new book In Search of Cleo: How I Found My Pussy and Lost My Mind on Thursday, October 25.
