Denis O’Hare to Join Cast of HBO’s True Blood

Tony Award winner Denis O’Hare will join the cast of HBO’s True Blood as a series regular during the show’s third season, according to a report on EW.com.
The show, about the co-existence of vampires and humans in a small Louisiana town, also features theater veterans Sam Trammell, Anna Paquin, and Anna Camp.
O’Hare won a Tony Award for Take Me Out, and was Tony-nominated for Assassins. He starred last season in the Classic Stage Company production of Uncle Vanya and in the spring, will appear in Seattle Repertory Theatre’s production of An Iliad.
