Gina Gershon will debut music from her new recording In Search Of Cleo at the Lower East Side nightclub The Box on Sunday and Monday nights, October 7-29.

The CD, for which Gershon wrote all the songs but one, recalls the true story of the search and recovery of her lost cat Cleo. The album’s theme, woven among the album’s 10 songs, focuses on the literal and metaphoric experience of the search, not just for Cleo, but for love as well.

She will be joined by a five-person band and a dancing cast of three for this engagement, which is produced by Jonathan Burkhart and directed by Alex Steyermark.

Gershon appeared on Broadway as Sally Bowles in the Tony Award-winning revival of Cabaret. Her many film and television credits include Showgirls, Bound, Face/Off, The Insider, Delirious, Rescue Me, and Curb Your Enthusiasm.
