Shut Up Sit Down & Eat, a comedy created by and starring New York comedians Tina Giorgi, Joe Moffa, Chris Monty, and Eric Tartaglione, will play a 12-week run off-Broadway at the Snapple Theater Center this fall. Directed by Eve Brandstein, the show will begin performances October 12 and run on Sundays through December 28. The opening night is set for October 26.

This "plomedy," a cross between stand-up comedy and a play, centers on four Italian-Americans who take their issues into their own hands when their group therapist fails to show up for their sesson.

Shut Up Sit Down & Eat has been performed over 120 times across the country at theaters, clubs, and casinos. It is a past nominee for the Off-Broadway Alliance's "Best Unique Theatrical Experience" award.
