5 Lesbians Eating a Quiche, Independents, Pieces, Salamander Starts Over Set for FringeNYC Encore Series

The first four offerings to be presented as part of the seventh annual FringeNYC Encore Series have been announced. The shows will play in rotating repertory at SoHo Playhouse & Huron Club, September 7-30.
Selected shows include 5 Lesbians Eating a Quiche, about a group of women who face a life or death crisis during an annual quiche breakfast; Independents, a musical involving a group of Revolutionary War reenactors; Pieces, a murder mystery set in the Los Angeles gay community; and Salamander Starts Over, set in all-boys Catholic school.
Additional shows — about a dozen works in total — will be announced at a later date.
