Mary Bacon, Saidah Arrika Ekulona, Randy Graff and James Lecesne will star in Primary Stages' production of Motherhood Out Loud, to run September 20 - October 29 at 59E59 Theaters. Lisa Peterson will direct the production.

Conceived by Susan R. Rose and Joan Stein, and written by Leslie Ayvazian, David Cale, Jessica Goldberg, Beth Henley, Lameece Issaq, Claire LaZebnik, Lisa Loomer, Michele Lowe, Marco Pennette, Theresa Rebeck, Luanne Rice, Annie Weisman and Cheryl L. West, the piece shatters traditional notions about parenthood, unveils its inherent comedy and celebrates the deeply personal truths that span generations.

The creative team will include Rachel Hauk (scenic design), David C. Woolard (costume design), Christopher Kuhl (lighting design), Jill B.C. DuBoff (sound design), Jan Hartley (projection design), and Emily Hubley (animation).
