Laurence Fishburne Joins Superman: Man of Steel Film

Tony Award winner Laurence Fishburne has joined the cast for the upcoming film, Superman: Man of Steel as newspaper editor Perry White, according to EW.com. Zack Snyder will direct.
The film will star Henry Cavill as Clark Kent/Superman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Michael Shannon as General Zod, and Kevin Costner and Diane Lane as Superman’s adoptive Earth parents, Jonathan and Martha Kent.
FIshburne won the Tony for Two Trains Running and received a Tony nomination for Thurgood. His many film and television credits include CSI, What’s Love Got to Do With It? and Apoclapyse Now.
