Cheryl Henson to Receive New Victory Arts Award

Jim Henson Foundation President Cheryl Henson will receive the New Victory Arts Award, according to a report in Variety. The award will be presented at the New 42nd Street’s annual gala at the New Victory on October 17.
The event will feature a performance honoring Henson, followed by dinner. Henson, the daughter of Jim Henson, is being honored for her “leadership and advocacy in the field of puppetry.”
