Broadway’s Mary Poppins Cast Members to Appear on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire

Cast members from the Broadway production of Mary Poppins will be featured on the game show, Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, during a special Broadway themed week of episodes airing November 7-11, just prior to the musical’s 5th anniversary on Broadway, which is November 16.

Cast members will be contestants on the show, donating their winnings to The Actors Fund. Throughout the week, each contestant will be asked one Broadway-themed question. If they answer correctly, they win tickets to a Broadway show for themselves as well as members of the studio audience.

Mary Poppins performs at the New Amsterdam Theatre. The show includes the Academy Award-winning music and lyrics of Richard M. Sherman and Robert B. Sherman, as well as new songs and additional music and lyrics from the Olivier Award-winning team of George Stiles and Anthony Drewe. The production is directed by Richard Eyre and Matthew Bourne.
