Michael Urie to Lend Voice to FringeNYC Musical Bunked!

Michael Urie, best known for his work on TV’s Ugly Betty and Off-Broadway’s The Temperamentals, will be heard in a pre-recorded role as the “Camp Loudspeaker” in the New York International Fringe Festival musical, Bunked!, which plays at the Lucille Lortel Theatre, August 17-25.

The show, written by Bradford Proctor and Alaina Kunin, and directed by Seth Sikes, focuses on five summer camp counselors each embarking on their own journeys of self-discovery.

The cast features Ben Moss, Lizzie Klemperer, Tim Ehrlich, Jake Loewenthal, and Amanda Jane Cooper. The creative team includes set designer Paul DePoo, costume designer Sasha Richter, lighting designer Matt Taylor, sound designer Janie Bullard, and choreographer Matt Baker.
