Rosario Dawson, Chris Pine, Denzel Washington to Film Unstoppable

Theater veterans Rosario Dawson, Chris Pine, and Oscar winner Denzel Washington will star in Tony Scott’s new film Unstoppable, about a veteran engineer who tries to stop a runaway train carrying toxic cargo, according to published reports.

Dawson appeared in the Shakespeare in the Park production of Two Gentlemen of Verona and played Mimi in the film version of Rent. Pine’s stage credits include Farragut North and The Atheist and he starred earlier this summer in the film Star Trek. Washington most recently appeared on stage in Julius Caesar and starred on film earlier this summer in Scott’s remake of The Taking of Pelham 123.
