The Amoralists Add Two Additional Performances to the Run of the Acclaimed Rantoul and Die

The popular downtown theater troupe has added two performances to the final week of its run.

Due to popular demand, Rantoul and Die, an off-Broadway production created by the downtown theater troupe The Amoralists, is adding two performances to the final week of its run at the Cherry Lane Theatre. The play began performances June 24 and has set its final performance for July 20 at 7pm. The additional performances will take place on July 13 and 20 at 2pm.

Written by Mark Roberts, best known as creator of the CBS sitcom Mike and Molly, Rantoul and Die follows the characters Rallis and Debbie through their crumbling marriage and explores how far a man will go to salvage a sour relationship. Jay Stull, literary manager for The Amoralists, directs the production with Nick Trotta serving as associate director.
The cast features The Amoralists’ resident playwright Derek Ahonen (The Cheaters Club), Sarah Lemp (The Bad and the Better), Matthew Pilieci (Through the Yellow Hour), and Vanessa Vaché (The Bad and the Better).

The creative team includes Alfred Schatz (sets), Evan Roby (lighting), Jaime Torres (costumes), and Jeanne Travis (sound).
