Natalie Toro’s Fun Evening, With Marla Schaffel and Karen Murphy, to Benefit Cabaret Cares

Natalie Toro (most recently seen on Broadway in A Tale of Two Cities) will offer a one-night only performance of A Fun Evening with Natalie Toro and Friends on August 17 at the Laurie Beechman Theatre. The event will mark the beginning of Season 4 of Cabaret Cares, the monthly benefit series that raises funds for Broadway Cares Equity Fights AIDS and Help Is On The Way Today.

Toro, whose other credits include Les Miserables, Cats and the 20th Anniversary Tour of Evita, will be joined on the 17th by a host of other Broadway performers. Among those scheduled to appear: Marla Schaffel (Jane Eyre), Karen Murphy (9 to 5), Kimillee Bryant (The Phantom of the Opera), Brandi Burkhart (Mamma Mia!), Kevin Bernard (Billy Elliott), and Merwin Foard (The Little Mermaid).
