Jacoby, Murray, von Essen, et al. Set for Sacramento Music Circus’ Sweeney Todd

Updated casting has been announced for the 2008 Sacramento Music Circus season.
Mark Jacoby, Mary Gordon Murray, and Max von Essen will head the cast of Sweeney Todd (July 22-27), to be directed by Glenn Casale. The cast will also feature Heather Lee, Carolann M. Sanita, Michael G. Hawkins, Roland Rusinek, August Emerson, Kevin McMahon, Philip Michael Baskerville, Dan Debenport, Michael Dotson, Claybourne Elder, Keith Fortner, Pega Kadkhodian, Christy Morton, Joel Rene, Brett Rigby, Natalie Ross, Christine Rowan, Joseph Sark, Stacey Scotte, and Maurice Whitfield.
The season will continue with Kirby Ward, Julie Tolivar, and Stacia Fernandez leading the 16-member cast of Swing! (July 29-August 3);, Kate Baldwin and Richard B. Watson will star in My Fair Lady (August 5-10); Julia Murney, Eric Kunze, and Scott Blanks will headline Evita (August 12-17); and the cast of Hairspray (August 19-28) will include Paul Vogt, Joline Mujica, John Scherer, Tyler Hanes, and Inga Ballard.
