Robert Klein will replace Peter Boyle in the Gloucester Stage Company’s reading of Arthur Miller’s All My Sons on Sunday, July 30 at 4pm. The reading is part of the company’s tribute to its retiring artistic director, playwright Israel Horovitz. Boyle has the flu; however, his sister Alice Duffy and his daughter Lucy Boyle will still participate in the reading.

Klein has been seen on Broadway in such shows as They’re Playing Our Song and The Sisters Rosensweig. His film credits include The Owl and the Pussycat and One Fine Day.

The tribute to Horovitz will continue on the evening of July 30 with a farewell gala featuring special guest Lindsay Crouse; it will end on Tuesday, August 1 with a staged reading of Wendy Wasserstein’s The Sisters Rosensweig, starring Jill Clayburgh. A reception with Clayburgh and Horowitz will follow that performance.
