Composer Stephen Schwartz and actors Brian Lane Green and David Burnham will join singer Lee Lessack at Tower Records Lincoln Center on August 3 as part of the store’s “Any Wednesday” series. The four will perform duets included on Lessack’s recently released album In Good Company.

Schwartz, a six-time Tony Award nominee, is the composer of the smash hit Wicked as well as Godspell, Pippin (which is being revived next month at the Bay Street Theater), The Baker’s Wife, and The Magic Show. He is a three-time Academy Award winner for his work on Pocohontas and The Prince of Egypt

Green was a Tony nominee for his role in Starmites; his other Broadway credits include Big River and The Life. Burnham is currently an ensemble member of The Light in the Piazza and the understudy for leading man Matthew Morrison.

In other news on the “Any Wednesday” series, the Tony Award winning composer-lyricist Jason Robert Brown — who recently released an album titled Someone Else’s Clothes — has canceled his August 17 appearance due to scheduling conflicts. In his stead, the store will present MAC Award winner Lisa Asher, who will be promoting her new album Live at the Duplex.
