In addition, Tony nominee Rory O'Malley will host the awards ceremony immediately following the race, and Broadway veteran Wilson Cruz will also join in the festivities. Performers from the Tony Award-winning musical Avenue Q will do a special performance in the park.
More than 5,000 LGBT runners and their allies will participate in this 5-mile race, produced in conjunction with New York Road Runners and in partnership with City Parks & Recreation and The Central Park Conservancy. This year's event will benefit Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.
