Roundabout Theater Company’s Anything Goes to Now End Broadway Run on July 8

Roundabout Theater Company’s Tony Award-winning revival of Anything Goes will now end its run at the organization’s Stephen Sondheim Theatre on Saturday, July 8 instead of the previously announced August 5.

Directed and choreographed by Kathleen Marshall, the musical, which features a score by Cole Porter, an original book by P.G. Wodehouse and Guy Bolton and Howard Lindsay and Russel Crouse, and a new book by Timothy Crouse and John Weidman, currently stars Stephanie J. Block and Joel Grey as Reno Sweeney and Moonface Martin. They are joined by John McMartin, Julie Halston, Bill English, Erin Mackey, Robert Petkoff, Joyce Chittick, Ed Dixon, Robert Creighton, Andrew Cao, and Raymond J. Lee in the principal roles.

As previously announced, Rachel York will star in the national tour of the production, which begins in October 2012 in Cleveland, Ohio.
