Lea Salonga’s New CD, The Journey So Far, to Be Released August 9

Lea Salonga’s newest CD, The Journey So Far, will be released by LML Music on August 9. Chris Keaton is producing the disc.

The album, recorded live during a performance at the Café Carlyle, preserves Salonga’s New York cabaret debut and will feature such songs as “My Romance,” “Let’s Fall In Love,” “Someone To Watch Over Me,” “Salamat Salamat Musika,” “I Have Dreamed,” “Something’s Coming” and “There’ll Be Time.”

Salonga won a Tony Award for her performance in Miss Saigon and her stage credits also include Les Miserables and Cinderella. Her voice has been heard in the Disney movies Mulan and Aladdin.
