David Beach, Jordan Dean, John Hemphill, Jacob Pinion to Join Broadway’s Mamma Mia!

John Hemphill, David Beach, Jordan Dean, and Jacob Pinion will join the Broadway cast of Mamma Mia! in the roles of Sam Carmichael, Harry Bright, Sky, and Pepper, respectively, beginning with the show’s Monday, June 6 performance.

The musical, which is in its tenth year at the Winter Garden Theatre, uses the songs of ABBA. It follows the story of a forty-something mother planning her daughter’s wedding — unaware that the girl has invited three men who might be her father. The show has music and lyrics by Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus, is written by Catherine Johnson, and directed by Phyllida Lloyd.

The cast will continue to feature Lisa Brescia (Donna Sheridan), Patrick Boll (Bill Austin), Liana Hunt (Sophie Sheridan), Judy McLane (Tanya), and Jennifer Perry (Rosie).
