Ellen McLaughlin, Guy Paul, Tommy Schrider et al. Set for Septimus and Clarissa

Jacqueline Antaramian, Craig Baldwin, Laura Butler, Leeanne Hutchison, Paula McGonagle, Ellen McLaughlin, Guy Paul, Michael Rudko, Tommy Schrider, and Miriam Silverman will perform in a developmental lab production of McLaughlin’s Septimus and Clarissa, to be presented at the 13th Street Theater on Friday June 25, at 8pm and Saturday June 26, at 2pm and 8pm. Rachel Dickstein will direct.

The play is based upon Virginia Woolf’s Mrs. Dalloway, and looks through the eyes of a veteran and a wealthy socialite whose past comes back to haunt her.

The production is co-presented by Red Bull Theater and Ripe Time, and will feature an original score by Gina Leishman, with designs by Christopher Akerlind, Oana Botez-Ban, Susan Zeeman Rogers, and Jane Shaw.
